Protect the Second Amendment
The Second Amendment to the Constitution couldn't be more clear:
"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
The 2nd Amendment aren't just words on a piece of paper. The right to self defense protects all other natural rights. It's the bulwark against tyranny and the foundation for personal and family safety.
The Principled Leadership Project will continue to fight and elect candidates who will fight the Washington establishment at every turn to protect the right of every American to keep and bear arms.
Fight for the Unborn
Life begins at conception. Abortion ends an innocent human life.
Period.
The Principled Leadership Project is opposed to the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that paved the way for millions of innocent children to be condemned to a painful death simply for being "inconvenient."
Congress has a duty to protect the value and dignity of human life -- from conception to natural death. By defining "life," under U.S. law, Congress could effectively overturn the disastrous court decision Roe v. Wade.
Along with fighting for a Life at Conception Act, the Principled Leadership Project opposes ALL taxpayer funding for abortion providers and will fight every bill that advocates the killing of unborn children.
The Principled Leadership Project will work to elect candidates who will be a voice for the voiceless in Washington.
Peace Through Strength
The Principled Leadership Project advocates for the Reagan doctrine of "Peace through Strength." A foreign policy that strengthens our friends and weakens our enemies.
Instead of rebuilding nations that burn our flag and fund our enemies, the Principled Leadership Project fights to rebuild America.
Our troops should never be placed in harm's way nor should their blood be shed for a dictator in the Middle East unless they directly threaten American security.
Our troops should have everything they need to achieve their objective, get the job done and safely return home.
Slash Spending, Cut Taxes & Balance the Budget
Reckless spending in Washington is robbing future generations of the opportunity to pursue the American Dream, mortgaging their future.
Taxes are squeezing middle class families to the brink. Radical levels of regulation are crippling small-businesses.
With our nation approaching $20 TRILLION in debt, the government must learn to live within its means just like hard-working American families do.
Spending must be cut.
Taxes must be slashed.
And the budget must be balanced.
Only by abolishing the IRS, producing a Balanced Budget Amendment, and reining in over burdensome regulations will American middle class families and small businesses see a burst of economic opportunity.
Defend State Sovereignty
The federal government must be restrained within the bounds of the Constitution. Federal agencies like the EPA have crippled states and entire communities with their war on proven energy sources like oil, gas, and coal. The Department of Education is ruining the school system with programs like Common Core. Obamacare forces states to comply with their expansion or else face severe financial penalties.
Principled PAC endorsed candidates will fight to restore the Tenth Amendment to protect the brilliant system of checks and balances the Founding Father's intended. Only by replacing the career politicians who kowtow to the radical left in their defense of states' rights with principled conservative can we restore the10th Amendment.
Secure Our Border
A nation without borders is not a nation.
Hordes of illegal immigrants burst through our borders because Border Patrol agents aren't effectively equipped and don't have the resources to fight back. Because of Washington's lawlessness, American border's are virtually open.
This has caused a tremendous loss in jobs and drops in wages for Americans -- making it harder for American workers to provide for their families.
The Principled Leadership Project believes in putting America first. America must secure our borders, build a wall and enforce the law. Illegal immigrants involved criminal activity must be deported. Birthright citizenship must end.
Sanctuary cities must be defunded. And absolutely no taxpayer dollars should support the federal welfare for those who enter the U.S. illegally.
End Radical Islamic Terrorism
Radical Islamic terrorism is a threat to the Unites States and its citizens.
ISIS is intent on invading western countries and killing those who refuse to submit to their jihad. They've infiltrated countries under the guise of refugees and murdered thousands of innocent people.
To prevent terrorist attacks at home, America must increase admission standards for refugees and asylum-seekers, specifically from war-torn middle eastern countries where radical Islamic terrorism is so prevalent.
The Principled Leadership Project is dedicated to electing candidates who will defend American citizens' from radical Islamic terrorism and will fight for common sense legislation to stop terrorist attacks at here at home.
